This configuration value was deprecated and removed in firmware 2.12.00. It is unsupported in this and all later versions.
This entry is only needed for running VHLFormat() and contains
the ISO 7816 application identifier by name, a optional
parameter for defining an application.
If the application already exists on card and the new DF-name is different from the existing one, the existing application will be deleted and then created with new DF-name.
